Elements massage great place. Nice from when you walk in… front desk helpful and kind. Sean my masseuse was amazing . He had to work hard to get my knots down. Great deep tissue pressure. Very pleased. I will be back. Thank you!!!

BEWARE of buying Gift Cards for Elements Massage!!! I bought gift cards ONLINE from the Elements website. A Buy One Get One (BOGO) Promo that I have previously used. I am NOT a member. I purchase individual massage sessions as needed… because I travel for work. When I used my first gift card at the Richardson location; I was told they would keep the cards on file in my account (So I didn’t have to carry the physical gift cards and risk losing them). AND that they were good at ALL locations. I specifically asked about using the gift cards at other locations (as I travel for work AND the 1 therapist that did deep tissue/ firm pressure (Adan) has left at this location. After posting about this- I received a call stating that was NOT what I was told. Hmmm??? Since This IS WHAT I WAS TOLD!

Desarae is in one word - INCREDIBLE!! Never had a better massage in my entire life. She is intuitive, skilled, and has the BEST hands! I’m a loyal client for life! THANK YOU Desarae!!

Javier is amazing. He can really feel what areas need extra attention and I love that he minimizes the talking! I won’t go to anyone else!

Highly recommend Adan for a massage. After getting several lackluster massages at spas in Dallas that were definitely not deep tissue and after having some amazing massages in Germany last year, I wanted to try a different approach. Adan has a specific emphasis on Swedish massage techniques. It was just what I had hoped and with a level of deep tissue pressure that is consistent. This is my fourth time for a monthly massage and it has been a great addition to my wellness routine. So glad that I found this place.
