Elements Massage

From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful! The front desk staff was lovely, extremely helpful, and gave me a tour. Nellie was my massage therapist and she did AMAZING! It was my first massage so I didn’t know what to expect, but she explained it all before we began and made me very comfortable. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. She did a great job and kept me covered when she wasn’t massaging an area and kept my privacy the whole time. After the massage she told me things to do to ensure I got the most out of the experience. I will definitely be back!

Hands down the best massage therapy studio I’ve ever been to period! From the moment you walk in, the space is super clean, calming, and inviting, and every single staff member is genuinely kind and welcoming. The therapists here are exceptional, easily the most skilled and caring I’ve ever experienced. They truly listen to your concerns (they truly listen!), ask the right questions, and tailor each massage session to exactly what your body needs. They’re incredibly well-trained (constantly training), attentive, and extremely thorough, always focusing on your specific pain points instead of doing a generic routine. The staff is very friendly.The rooms are super clean. I made my appointments with Heather B. She made me feel at ease the first time I went. She is so nice! She asked me about my concerns on my first visit I have neck and back pain. She then tailored my massage around that. It has definitely helped! I feel so relaxed and pampered every time I leave. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage in Murfreesboro, TN to anyone wanting to get a great massage!

It's about equal to one of the better Chinese spas, but more expensive and with white women. They have a monthly recurring membership that doesn't seem like a great deal. Appointments have to be booked days, weeks in advance. You are better off going to one of the upscale Asian places that take walk-ins, charge less, and give a better massage. The "one hour" massage got started late and ended early. Probably about 40-45 minutes, and mediocre, at best. The masseuse was nice but not strong enough in the arms and hands for a good, deep tissue massage. I gave her a good tip for a good attempt anyway, but I won't be back. TLDR: Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable. Bad corporate model. Overpriced. Not recommended.
