I’ve been a customer of Elements Massage on and off for several years, and the McKinney location continues to stand out as the best experience I’ve had. The front‑desk team is always friendly and welcoming, and the environment is consistently clean, calming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. My first visit this year was with Naomi, who did an exceptional job working through months of built‑up tension. She listened closely to my concerns, focused on every area I mentioned, and delivered a massage that left me feeling refreshed, revived, and genuinely cared for. I’ve been coming to Elements for over a year now, getting massages from various massage therapists through the months. The full body massages have helped me through very stressful periods in my work and personal life, relaxing my body so I get a nice reset after every month. I’ve had generally positive experiences with all the massage therapists, who have all been very attentive, but B routinely gives the best massages I’ve ever experienced, consistently hitting all my problem areas. The front desk staff is friendly and responsive as well, quickly making adjustments over text whenever I need them. I highly recommend Elements!

Unfortunately, based on this visit, the experience felt like a waste of both my time and money, and I would not return. Julie was recommended by the receptionist since it was my first time there. I had a facial with Julien and truly appreciated her bubbly and friendly attitude — she made me feel welcome right away. That said, the facial itself needs significant improvement. While the room was clean, my skin was not properly cleansed at the beginning of the treatment, which did not create a good foundation for the rest of the service. The overall atmosphere also lacked relaxation, which is an important part of the experience. Unfortunately, this was the least satisfying facial I’ve had. The treatment would benefit from a much more thorough cleanse to start, as a lot of product was layered

GREAT LOCATION! Love the relaxing vibe, staff is so personable while being professional and the facility is so luxurious! Every massage therapist I’ve had so far has been magical!!! I recently just had a facial there as well and she did such an amazing job! The two hour monthly membership is so affordable and well worth it! It has impacted my life in such an amazing way. Can’t say enough amazing things, thank you all so much!
