Elements Massage

I had an amazing experience here. There was a discrepancy in the scheduling of our appointments, but it was easily fixed and made right. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The masseuse applied the perfect pressure (I need heavy/deep pressure) and consistently checked in on me. I will be returning for future appointments. I recommend Justin for deep pressure.

Today was the last straw with Elements Massage. I confirmed my appointment, showed up on time, and was then told my massage would start 30 minutes late because the previous session ran long and “notes in the system to call” but no missed calls, no texts. Scheduling issues shouldn’t become the customer’s problem — especially after asking me to confirm the appointment. There was also no real effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or make it right. Because of repeated experiences like this, I cancelled my membership. It’s unfortunate for the therapists who likely lose clients because of the front desk and management’s lack of organization, customer service, and focus on client retention. But Juan is a gem so 5 stars for him!

The masseuse was nice, but unfortunately, the service doesn't match their kindness. You get what you pay for, and in this case, the low price point translates to a lack of professional technique it felt less like a massage and more like having lotion applied for 45 minutes. (They take 15 minutes off the actual hands on time for consultation) The environment really misses the mark for a wellness space. Rather than the calming atmosphere or small amenities (like cucumber water) you’d expect at a spa, the rooms are filled with the overwhelming scent of synthetic plug-in air fresheners. I left feeling more 'coated' than relaxed. It’s affordable, but I wouldn’t return here.

I enjoyed both the facial and the massage. The following day, my face felt lighter, smoother, and noticeably brighter. The massage was excellent! I will definitely be booking a two-hour massage next time to extend the experience and include another facial.

Clarissa at front desk has caused me to terminate my membership TWICE. I quit in 2023 after her very nasty/unprofessional attitude, but very recently signed up again bc my massage therapist was amazing (Eddie!),and I honestly figured this girl Clarissa would be gone by now. Today at 1 I tried cancelling an appt bc I woke up with a sore throat (woke up super late bc I think I’m getting sick) - I made it yesterday around 5pm (so about 19 hours ago), and she said she was still going to charge me because it was <24 hours in advance (literally not possible). Going to be cancelling my membership again due to her behavior, which says a lot bc I loooove Eddie, man.
