The location: its always pristine, front desk is attentive check in and out are easy and the ambiance is great.The massage therapist: I love that she prepares the room to my liking every time, she remembers me and we get to converse a little and get to know each other. That makes the experience excellent. The room is always clean, set up to the right temperature and comfortable

Elements Massage is the perfect place to go for a relaxing massage! The customer service and receptionists are great at their job. The therapists are consistent. Morena is great and Maria is as well. Both have done medium to deep pressure massages for me and I leave feeling stress free and ready to tackle the week. Elements Massage is also always clean.

Went here for the first time as we had gift cards to redeem. My massage therapist was great- checking in on level of pressure and if I was comfortable. She used hot stones and lavender essential oil. It was a very relaxing massage. The lobby is welcoming and our care representative who checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable on the services offered. I like that it is La Centerra so that I can do other things either before or after my appointment.

I can’t recommend Elements Massage in Katy, Texas (Cinco Ranch location) highly enough! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with such warmth and kindness at the reception area. The team is always very nice and welcoming, which sets a relaxing tone from the moment you walk in. During my most recent visit, Mary worked on my massage, and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened attentively to my preferences and really focused on the areas I needed the most relief. Her technique was both soothing and effective, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I’ve been a client for a while now, and I can confidently say I’m always very happy with my massages from Elements. The therapists consistently provide top-notch care, and the overall experience is one of professionalism and relaxatio
