Elements Massage

Called and made an appointment for 3 weeks out. Arrived for the scheduled appointment. Was told by front desk I am not on their schedule and there is no appointment. Not even an apology and a let's try to figure something out and rebook you. Just a "you aren't on the schedule today". Ok.

Very nice and good vibe place. Therapist very friendly and helpful, listening what I have to say and she done her job perfectly . Girl on the front desk so nice and kind. I love whole place and become member. Recommend to my family and friends.

I absolutely love the massages at Elements Massage Glenview – the therapists are skilled, professional, and truly focus on problem areas, creating a wonderfully relaxing experience and a clean, positive atmosphere. However, there's a significant gap in communication: the lack of appointment reminders or confirmation calls can be challenging, especially if you're running a few minutes late; a quick text or call to check in would greatly improve the client experience and prevent missed sessions or confusion, as it's hard to know if they've noticed you're delayed. I had appointment on my calendar for 11:30 and when I got there it turned out it was for 11. Clearly miscommunication besides the point on which side, but if I had some type of confirmation or reminder as every other service company

I love this location, waiting area is clean, FD has always been nice. Vibe is relaxing. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. I see Alex, Elisabeth and have seen Kevin/ they are all wonderful LMTs. Alex is amazing & gives the best deep tissue massages, trigger point therapy/ reflexology. He is very knowledgeable in massage and it’s evident during his sessions. Elisabeth is also very skilled, such a kind person and gives relaxing massages too!

My therapist Kevin paid careful attention to my needs and problem areas, he asked all the follow up questions to ensure I had a terrific experience really working on my stress areas shoulders and back. Great job and I’ll be back each month.
