Elements Massage

I had some ups and downs with this place, but mostly downs. Because I need and always get deep massage, I asked for deep massage for my first massage. The massage therapist simply did not or would not do deep massage, even after I asked her to do so. I told the front desk staff afterward and they rebooked me for a future massage without charge. I appreciated that as it was the right thing to do. They booked me with Shannon who is literally the only therapist who does deep massage at Elements, which is very odd for a massage company. Shannon was good and definitely gives a deep massage. However, AFTER the massage, the front desk staff told me that there was a $20 upcharge for Shannon because she is a master (?) massage therapist.
