I had my first prenatal massage here for Mother's Day. The young man that greeted me at the door was nice and polite. Rashema the therapist did an excellent job. The problem occurred when I was leaving. My job had gifted me a $100 gift card for Elements Massage. When checking out, the receptionist asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I said of course. I left the tip and paid for the aromatherapy on my credit card (which was fine) he then stated that the gift card would not go through and that he was new and may not know how to run it correctly. That was fine so I paid for the $100 massage with my credit card as well. We called the back if the card and it was stating there was still $100 available. He called the manager to assist him (and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional) I
