Elements Massage

My husband bought a membership for me for Christmas 2024. I enjoyed the facials and the back massages but just didn’t have the time to come monthly so I ended up canceling. My husband comes periodically for massages. He called yesterday to make an appointment for today and set it for 8:30am. After talking to me we thought about getting couples massages but the time didn’t work for me so he called to reschedule for THE SAME DAY but a different time. They wanted to charge him a $40 cancellation fee. He was not canceling he was changing the time. The receptionist said “yeah but I have to cancel this appointment to move your time” That alone made me decide not to get a massage myself. I told my husband to go ahead and get his but not to sign up for the membership like we both originally planne

I've really enjoyed my membership and the flexibility. My interactions with all the staff have been so friendly. They proactively reach out to you so that your self-care continues to be a priority. I enjoyed my massage and facial sessions with Tori, Kelley, and Jenah so far and look forward to meeting other therapists and estheticians.

First time scheduling a massage for my mom, came out a bit disappointed! I called ahead for pricing and availability, the receptionist gave me a $55 price for being my mom’s first time . The price included a full hour on top of hot rocks I had requested on the form. Got there at 10, they began around 10:20 and still ended earlier than the hour paid for. The hot rocks requested were not even used and they charged my account for $69 which I did not notice till I got home because she said she would email me a copy of my receipt. I did mention to the receptionist about not adding the hot rocks, she just said “I’m sorry.”

Update: Erin the manager contacted me and rescheduled me with a different massage therapist, Kelly. This went great! She was amazing! This is my first time here and I really wanted to like it cause I wanted to get a membership. My massage was with Austin. He asked me if there was an area I wanted to focus on. I said my neck and lower back. I arrived at 2:31. My appointment was at 2:30. I was taken back really quickly. The last 2 minutes before my massage I thought he had left the room. Nothing was being done. Then he says he’s finished. End time 3:24. So not the full hour… The 1 star I’m giving is because he did help my back. He massaged my shoulders and scalp for about 1 minute. I left with the same shoulder pain I came in with. He never had me turn around onto my back which every othe

Great place for a massage! Tyler is such a skilled massage therapist and is so sweet too! He made me feel comfortable and gave me the exact kind of massage I was looking for! He was great at tailoring to my body’s needs!
