Elements Massage

Crystal is an extremely skilled master massage therapist. I had been experiencing lower back and hip pain for over a year and have always had other massage therapists and an acupuncturist work on that area of my body. Not Crystal - she immediately recognized that my upper back was super tight and likely pulling on my lower back muscles. After an hour of working on my upper back, it’s honestly the best I’ve felt in a year. She’s truly gifted.

I had a wonderful massage with Ashley H. I really appreciate her integrative approach and intuitive feedback. She is pretty magical! Elements is a great value - the facility is very clean and comfortable but doesn't off any spa amenities (sauna, foot soak, etc).

Alpine at the Boulder location gives the best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been going to him consistently for a few months now and it is great every time. Alpine uses the perfect pressure. It is firm enough to work out the tension while still being soothing. Alpine always focuses on the areas I mentioned, especially my shoulders and legs and I can feel the knots released. I always leave feeling noticeably more relaxed. I have a membership and it is reasonably priced, not sure on drop in pricing

I've seen three different massage therapists at Elements Massage and I've had a great experience every time. They are very knowledgeable about how to address issues and provide immediate relief. They have also been very professional, respectful and friendly. Plus, the staff that manages the phone have all been great to work with and are very happy to guide you through the skills of their therapists so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

I've had some good massages here. The price is pretty reasonable and many of the therapists are well trained. This is a fine place to go if you want regular massages. If you want periodic massages, their booking system is not ideal because there morning availability is not consistently accurate on their website.
