Elements Massage - Boise

This was my first appointment at Elements, and I have nothing but praise for my massage therapist, Bre. She was extremely professional, warm, and very understanding of what my body needed. I loved experiencing her cupping technique (intentional movement across the body with silicone cups) which was different than the stationary, glass cups I had experienced at previous studios. I will definitely be back!

Great massages here. There is a large staff, so choose a style you like. Membership makes the price more than reasonable.

Adam listened carefully to what I wanted from the massage and then delivered not only what I asked for (targeted muscular/myofacial release) but did it with the intensity level I asked for (on the first round, without any further questions) and also did it in the gentlest fashion I've ever encountered. It was both relaxing and releasing at the same time; a unique combination I've never experienced before. Magical! I've always had good massages from Elements but this was truly world class.

Karina who is a master therapist did probably one of the best massages I've ever had and needed in such a long time. Would recommend 10/10. Took her time and made sure she focused on every area of improvement and all the front staff were friendly and helpful and patient with helping me move my account over and get started! Coming back for sure!
