I’ve been seeing Gerard at Elements Massage in Bellmore for quite awhile now and I can honestly say he’s one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever worked with. His orthopedic massages are exceptional — he knows exactly how to find and release muscle tension while focusing on the areas that need the most attention. Gerard is professional, knowledgeable and passionate. He truly cares about his clients. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, loose, and genuinely better. Wow. After years of being a loyal customer I decided to pause my membership. I asked if I would be told before it started up again after the 3 month pause and I was told yes. I was not told. After 3 months they started to charge me. I missed the charge the first month but realized it before the second charge was about to be made. I called and asked for the charge not to be made and to cancel since you can only pause once. Nobody called me back so I called again and nothing. After I was charged the second time I disputed the charge with Amex but only for that second charge, and I figured I would just use up the rest in services. They produced their contract and the dispute was decided in their favor. OK I thought not how I would treat a customer but that's life. I have credit for

I received a gift certificate to try this place and was impressed with the experience. The process began smoothly with paperwork to note any special instructions and allergy information. Kayla at the front was welcoming. I requested a relaxing Swedish massage, Ms. Ruth Ann was incredibly sweet and did a fantastic job! Afterward, there was an option to enjoy beverages like tea, sparkling water etc. In all, it was a neat, clean, and welcoming environment.

I had the BEST experience at this elements location!! Mrs. Gerri is very knowledgeable and will make sure you get the right massage you need!! At first I did not know what type of massage I wanted to get but honestly I am so happy that Gerri helped me out because now I know exactly what type of massage is for me! I can’t get enough of how helpful and accommodating she is. I had Linda do my massage everything as a whole from parking lot, to staff and everything else in between 10/10! Will come back and def recommend this place!!
