Val Rae is such a kind soul, and she is a gifted masseuse. Her cozy room is just inside the yoga studio to the right. She is very easy to book with and always asks what I want her to focus on and then delivers. Each massage is a little different, but it leaves me better than I came in. Sometimes we talk a lot and sometimes we don’t talk at all. Sometimes she performs cupping and others she spends more time on my knots or uses hot towels to focus on areas I want. I highly recommend her because she often knows what I want without me even asking.

I had a great experience here. Very calming energy as soon as you walk in her room. It was easy to book online as well. She got so many knots out of my neck, I feel so much better! I can’t wait to come back and try more things. Highly recommend, I’ve already told my friends to come, too. Thank you Val-Rae!
