My review is not about service. My review is about manners and common courtesy. Gaslighting and ghosting is unacceptable. They seem to have a secret policy of "undesirable clients" whom they gaslight and ghost. Instead of telling someone that they will do their hair, the stylists can tell that they are unable to or that they don't want to work on this certain person's hair. It IS as simple as that. What the stylists are doing is agreeing to do someone's hair (gaslighting), then never make an appointment (ghosting), leaving one confused. They do not say they won't make an appointment. They do not say they will, they just GHOST.

Went to Element Spa and Salon for the first time yesterday. Grace was amazing! She listened to what I wanted. I recently moved here from FL and went to several places not finding anyone that knows how to cut short thick hair. I will happily continue to use her as my stylist. The salon itself was pretty amazing, very warm and inviting. I plan on using their other services in the future.

The service & atmosphere is so welcoming. I really enjoy chatting with the girls while getting my hair or lashes done too. I always leave smiling because they all do such a great job! Natalie and Kara have both either cut or colored my hair and they always make my hair look even better than I can imagine! Thalia does my lashes and they are always on point! Love my days at Element!

I would not recommend going to this place because I called last week to get an appointment and they had a stylist text me and she said her next available appointments is Tuesday and Wednesday so I replied back with Tuesday would work for me. She never got back to me about a time so I called up there the day the appointment was supposed to be and they told me that I would have to get in contact with her to reschedule. I’m not going to keep calling them and trying to reach the same stylist because nothing will ever get done. So if I could give this place 0 stars I would because they aren’t worth the hassle and run around of trying to make an appointment.

First time going here and I loved it! Beautiful calming place! Grace cut my hair and styled it ... She did a GREAT job and loved the way it turned out.
