Element Nail Salon

I got my nails (powder dip) done here for the first time today. It was a very pleasant experience! Very clean salon, friendly staff and a calm, relaxing atmosphere! My nails came out great!😊

I am very disappointed to see how rude and dismissive the owner of this Salon is. I stopped in today to see if they had time to fix a broken nail. I got them done elsewhere but I live very close, and figured I would see if they had time. When I got there I spoke with a younger girl, who was already working on another customer. The owner, Stuart eventually came out and asked what I was looking to do. After explaining, and some rushed chatter, the girl said it may be a ~20 min wait, and walked away. Then there was issues because my nails are acrylic. To which Stuart MADE SURE I knew, they dont ever touch acrylic at their salon and they ALSO operate by appointment ONLY. Once he finished explaining their salon rules, I started telling him that I wasnt looking to wait that long, and I will just

I had the best pedicure at Element. I travel a lot and they got me in within my time frame. Michelle was my technician and she was very good. The owner was a hoot. He even answered my emails on a Sunday. I cannot recommend this place any better. Their customer service was outstanding.

Leanne was super helpful! She greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered me water, and access to the wifi! Very clean facility. Also very reasonably priced 💅 I'll be back for sure! Michelle did a fabulous job on my nails! I highly recommend coming to visit this salon if you have not yet!
