The salon is clean and modern. Everyone on the staff at Element is so friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. The lash girls are always super flexible and make sure the client gets what they ask for. The lash technicians are also very knowledgeable and experienced and can share their input and suggestions to make sure the client is satisfied and feeling beautiful. I love this salon and Lina is one of the best. I couldn’t recommend her or this salon enough.

This is the best salon in Lubbock. From hair coloring, cuts, hair extensions, eyelashes…they have it all and do the best at it! I will never go anywhere else. David does my hair, always does amazing and I leave looking like a new woman every single time! They also use the best products and sell them there as well! This place is 10 stars in my opinion!

Since the beginning David was very professional! I had to send pictures of what I wanted and that give me confidence. I love how David does my hair! I have dark hair so it is hard to do what I want. But he always understands what I want! I also like that I feel very natural and my hair does not suffer much damage! I totally recommend David. The appointment system is also very straightforward. So thank you so much!!!

I use Thanh for my eyelash appointments. She always does them exactly what I ask whether I want them full or more naturally thin but long , she does the best job! Shes very kind and always welcoming! The front desk always works well to get me in and if I have a conflict they help me work it out without reservation!! Everyone I have come into contact with is extremely mice! The salon and very clean and inviting ! I highly recommend!

Thanh has been my lash girl since I moved to Lubbock in 2020 and she's been the ultimate best. I love our talk sessions or sometimes it's the best hour nap 🙌🏻. I've also had the other girls tend to my lashes and they have all been wonderful. I highly recommend!!
