Great experience! Called last minute to see if they had any availability. Spoke with Cindy, she told me she could get me in for a haircut. She was AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted, looked at the pictures I showed her and the final product was spot on! She was super sweet, friendly, and offered helpful tips to help improve the quality of my hair. Definitely recommend Elegant Touch. The atmosphere is comfy and cozy. Thanks Cindy!!

I came in asking for a wash, a blowout, and possibly bangs (I wanted to see how my hair looked with the blowout first before deciding on bangs). The stylist offered to trim the back “just straight across” to even it out I agreed to that. At no point did I agree to layers, and she never asked me if I wanted them. Yet by the end, I realized she had cut layers into my hair without my permission leaving it much shorter than I wanted. When I told her I hadn’t asked for layers, she said I “needed” them. That’s not her decision to make it’s mine. To make matters worse instead of giving me the blowout I requested, after the wash she blow dried my hair with just the blow dryer and her fingers (no round brush) then ran a flat iron over it.
