I have been going to Elegant Spa & Nails for the past six years, and I can confidently say it is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is relaxing, the place is always clean, and the service is consistently excellent. Kim is perfect. She is detail-oriented, gentle, and always makes sure my nails look flawless. I completely trust her — every time I leave, my nails look beautiful and exactly how I envisioned. Thank you for providing such professional and caring service. Please don’t go!!! I never leave many reviews but this experience made me angry enough to speak up. As a busy toddler mom, I finally treated myself to nail extensions at Elegant Nails & Spa on Washington Ave. I paid $72 with tip, and in less than 6 days, yes, you read it right, less than 6 days, almost all of the nails fell off. I have short nails and have never had extensions fail this fast—they usually last 3 or more weeks. This was supposed to be self-care, not a waste of money and frustration. On top of that when I called them asking for refund, they hung up on me within 30 seconds saying “call later, our manager is not here!” Please save your time and money and avoid this place!!!!!!
