Two of my shirts were ruined when the owner got bleach on them during my last two appointments. I asked her if their was anything she could do about it and she said no. Instead she told me maybe I should go to someone else that won't get my shirts bleached. She blamed me for moving my neck and I made a point of not doing that. Most places would have done something about it. This was so disappointing she ended up treating a customer this way not to mention over charging me during my last appointment in comparison to my second appointment where I had a toner and my recent appointment I didn't have a toner and it was more expensive. She could never remember how to style my hair and the 2nd appointment I had instead of blonde my hair ended up lilac. At least she did it over after I told her it

Jenna is really good person and a really amazing hairdresser she did my perm today and I really love it. Thank you very much for doing my hair today Jenna I hope I got ur name right. I believe I found my hairdresser and I’m confident about I highly recommend going to her.
