Elegant Nails

I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment! I asked for a simple design and the man was rude the whole time while doing my nails. When I said something about how terrible my nails look the man told me he doesn’t have time to do any designs and if I don’t like it he will kick me out. I told him he was being very rude and he said if I have a problem with it to get out. This was supposed to be a relaxing get away for me before Christmas and I left crying. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’ve attached a pic of how poorly of a job they did and I also attached the picture I showed him. It literally looks like I let a toddler paint my nails. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I would not recommend this place, ever. The man was very rude and did a horrible job on my nails. What I really wanted was a French manicure, which he didn’t even know how to do. He told me that I had to have the whole nail done with the same color. They have a very poor color selection with not many choices for dips. If I commented at all about my nails, he told me that I was complaining too much. He treated me very poorly and was so rude. It was a horrible experience there. My nails look terrible and I will never go back!

the man who did my nails is such a sweetheart he was cracking jokes and asking me questions about my day and life. cute little shop and i got long square nails w a solid color and they only charged me $50!! will be back soon i felt so welcome :)

I clarified with the male worker that I wanted to keep my nails long and have regular gel. He started to put acrylics on my nails and I said no. He got very upset at me when I told him that I never asked for acrylics and then he started to jab his finger in my face. Overall, I had a terrible experience at this salon and would not go back.

Got my nails done here 3-4 times, loved them. Brought my daughter with my a few times. Had to go back later in the same day for a small fix, go back today and he told me he would do my nails but not my daughters he was very nasty said there was nothing wrong last time. He was very nasty with the way he said it. We both left. All over a small easy fix. Shame on him.
