Elegant Nails

Very friendly place and I can’t speak to all of their services, but the way they took off my gel manicure ruined my natural nails (only used the drill unlike other salons). Left them feeling very brittle and I regret not speaking up. I went in to have my gel removed and get a basic manicure. It cost more than my usual salon too ($30 for a basic manicure and $10 to remove the gel).

This was my 1st experience at elegant nails in Vancouver. I moved nearby and wanted to try this place since it’s two minutes from my new home! I was lucky to get an amazing nail tech, Tammy, for my very first pedicure! I opted for the “volcano” best pedicure and it was amazing. It lasted a good amount of time and she does amazing massage! I felt she did a quality job and did not cut any corners or time. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and removed my old shellac. She did a great job applying the new shellac and took great care in my experience. Overall the customer service was friendly. Every team member greeted me with a smile. I will be back to see Tammy at Elegant Nails! Very impressed!

No place I would rather be to go have my facial waxing done! Hanna is very kind, professional, and she takes her time making sure to remove every bit of facial hair. She make sure to tweeze the hair out of my ears. You don't get this type of service anywhere. Price is great compared to other expensive places that doesn't do half a good job. They're treating like your just numbers. So, just go for it if you're on the fence. 💯💯😁😁👍

Been going to this nail salon for almost a year. My regular person was out but I had a 2 other techs working on my nails. When I mentioned I did not like how the application was coming out, it seems like they were rushing and my application was coming out sloppy. When I expressed my concern, one of them said, the reason it’s not coming out right is because you are black. Keep in mind I am getting the same French manicure and pedicure set I usually get. The way my nails were coming out had nothing to do with my complexion. You lost a customer.

The owner (Hannah) is kind and welcoming, I can tell she works very hard to keep things running smooth/ clean and I appreciate that! I have been coming here for a few months since Katrina switched over.. she is a delight to work with and never fails to have me leaving the salon in a great mood. I truly refuse to see anyone else, she is extremely thorough and doesn’t settle for less than perfection! Additionally, the pedicures here are thorough, not rushed, and the massage chair is advanced as well, would absolutely recommend to a friend/family:)
