So upon reading all the horrible reviews I was skeptical but I knew my girl I had been with for 2+ years was there now so I went for it. Lynn did an amazing job on my nails as usual. I had no doubt...but then she asked another young lady to do my pedicure. And ya'll I was beyond impressed with her (I do apologize but her name started with a C and I have drawn a blank) and the care she took of my tootsies and the conversation she engaged in with me. And her coworker Anna (I believe) was smiles and chatty too. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I believe it is under new ownership and that can change the atmosphere as well as good, caring and hardworking employees. It takes more than burn and turn to run a caring business and call it a spa. This is my go-to nail salon. Ask for Candra - she’s phenomenal! I get dip and often go 3 weeks without an issue. They have new management and are running a 20% off sale on combos right now.

I am not sure what is happening to my once favorite chill out place, Elegant Nails. I find they are rushing people through like an assembly line. One person working on 2 people at the same time. Rushing through manicures. If you don't have time to give the personal touch for each client, then let them know ahead of time and they can go somewhere else or come back at a later date. I took my 2 granddaughters there on Sunday for manicures. We waited patiently for about 30 minutes. No big deal, I could see they were busy. We were going to leave but the lady jumped up from her client and sat my girls at a nail station. They didn't get manicures we asked for, they got their nails polished. The lady and 2 guys were going back and forth between clients. My girls got GEL. One got 1 coat
