Really disappointed. First off not what I asked for, I asked for acrylic and the guy just started giving me Gel X, he left gaps under my nails, like the adhesive didn’t even cover my full nail, I could literally stick my finger nail halfway down under my nail between my actual nail and the Gel X. Also I stopped him multiple times to try and politely correct him and see if maybe it was bad communication on my part but that didn’t help. I feel bad because they were super nice people but I really truly haven’t gotten worse nails than at this place. I drove to a different nail place right after to get them removed. Maybe miscommunication so I can’t fully blame them, but even the application on the Gel X tips was bad… I have also showed proof of payment below to prove I went to this specific sa

I’ve been a regular customer for months now and Cindy has always done an excellent job. I love the attention she gives to her clients. The prices are affordable. I never leave disappointed. Highly recommended🌺🌸🌼

Cindy, the owner of the salon, always make the place feel warm and welcoming. As a gentleman who gets his feet done there once a month, I can honestly say their professionalism and kindness stand out every single visit. They make you feel comfortable, taken care of, and appreciated. Their work is excellent, their customer service is great 😊 , and you can tell they truly care about their clients. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy top quality service.

i was visiting and in need of some tlc, so after researching all of the nail salons in the area, i went with elegant nails & spa in goleta. i am very particular and chose them based on their pictures and reviews. i was able to call and make an appointment in 20 minutes. i walked into a PINK salon and they took me in right away, offered drinks + snacks while i started my pedicure with laura who did great with removal, cutting + filing, and massage. cindy finished my pedicure (french) and moved onto my nail removal and fill with hard gel. she took her time to perfect the service, cutting cuticles, using multiple layers of gel like requested, fixing broken nails with gel-x, and she's so kind and lovely. i can be picky about what i like, as i used to frequent the same nail tech for 10 years.

If you have short nails like me, definitely go Elegant Nail Salon! Best customer service and did good beautiful Gel color for me and my friend. And the hands massage, wax therapy (I’m not sure the name. You can ask the staff.) is very comfortable and make your hands smooth and moisturizing. Love it!
