Absolutely love my experience at Elegant Nails Salon in Salons by JC, Suite 27 with Joan Cheng! The studio is impeccably clean, and I appreciate that all tools are high-temperature sterilized with single-use mani/pedi kits for top-notch hygiene. Joan uses only HEMA-free and TPO-free products, which gave me total peace of mind. Her pedicure massage is incredible—I literally fell asleep! The music is soothing, the space is private and peaceful, and the one-on-one service feels so luxurious. Joan worked quickly but with amazing attention to detail—my nails look stunning and lasted beautifully. Highly recommend for anyone in Naples seeking a safe, relaxing, and flawless nail experience!
You will never find a manicurist like Joan. She is meticulous, she is the definition of attention-to-detail. I’ve been seeing Joan for my nails for about 5 years. I adore her. No one does nails like Joan. It’s just really no contest. She is clean, she is organized, she is thoughtful of you and your nails. She’s got the best, most friendly personality. Joan is the number one!!

Joan is amazing! I have been going to her for over 4 years. I always get compliments on my nails. She is the absolute best!
Not only did I have the best pedicure of my life but Joan Cheng was able to repair a split thumbnail while giving me a wonderful manicure. She is very gentle and clearly has many years of experience. The salon is spotless and inviting. I would recommend her services to everyone interested in a mani or pedi and especially to those with specific issues ( as in my split nail) which she has the skill to resolve.
