Elegant Nails Roswell

I have been going to Elegant Nails for over a year and I really enjoy this nail salon! I always do SNS dipping powder and a pedicure. I have never been disappointed. Fabulous job! The owners are professionals, courteous and always accommodating! The staff too are great and ensure that they fulfill your needs!

The Bad: My most recent visit was disappointing. I had arrived first, and later some other women came in. When it was my turn for a manicure, the staff member called me, and I politely asked if she could do my manicure in one of the massage chairs. She seemed a bit annoyed. First, she asked if I was getting acrylic nails, and when I said it was just a manicure, her expression changed even though I had already said I’d be paying for the removal of my previous acrylics. Then she asked if I came with another lady nearby; when I said no, she seated that other woman before me even though it was my turn and told me I’d now have to wait. It felt like I was skipped just because I wasn’t getting a more expensive acrylic service. When I decided to leave, she asked why, but at that point, I felt it w

My first time in excellent service and very clean business they also sterilize their tools I’ve been to other nail salons and they use the same tools on every one without sterilizing them. Not good so I was looking for a professional nail salon that specializes in exceptional customer service and practices cleanliness of business and tools. I am definitely recommending Elegant Nails and Spa to my friends.

I’ve been a customer here for the last 4-5 years. Everyone is very friendly, I tell my husband it’s like my version of the show “Cheers” because everybody knows my name! They offer many things-gel nails, SNS, manicures and pedicures etc, your usual nail salon. I frequently have Christina or Hannah do my nails, I always get SNS and they do a wonderful job. I always get compliments on my nails. Sometimes my husband will come along and get a manicure. They offer customer rewards that accumulate with each visit, so be sure to give them your phone number and birthday! They accept walk ins, but I highly recommend calling and making an appointment so you don’t have to wait (especially if you want a specific person) especially during days like Friday and the weekends when they tend to be busier.

I live in Old Fourth Ward in the city but still drive over to Roswell just to go to this salon. I’ve been going here for years and the quality of services has always been consistent and exceeding my standards. The salon is very clean and staff are very personable- Rose is incredible. I honestly don’t want to roll the dice and go anywhere else!
