Got my nails done here about 2 days ago and they look amazing 😍 my right ring finger the nail is a bit thicker then the others but that's a me problem for not speaking up other then that the service was great lovely people

We have been going off and on to this place for approximately two years. I don’t know why we keep going back. This past time they didn’t have anyone to do my elderly mother’s dipped nails, so they gave her a manicure did not tell her. It was the day before Thanksgiving and NAILS. All 10 of them were COMPLETELY dinged up and messed up. I called the manager and they said to bring her back and I said well obviously I can’t. She’s elderly and tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I took her yesterday. They thought it was really great that they gave me a $7.50 discount after they had already charged her for a full manicure and we had to pay another $38 just to get the nails done. I will never ever go back. I do not recommend this place At ALL. They should’ve given her a complementary dipped nail service

Went here for the first time on my birthday (6/17/2025) and ended up paying $70 for white tips. And as you can see in the pictures they are definitely not $70 worth. (Not straight, didn’t even paint the edges, and left a huge lump of product under my nail). Not to mention she messed up on one of my nails and tried to wipe it off with a napkin that just stuck to my finger nail leaving me to literally pick the tissue out from under my nail after the service.

Horrible experience! The manicure lady cut me twice and not even see it. She did not sanitized her tools for cuticles. Never ever again.

I got shellac yesterday evening. The color was beautiful but they recommended a matte topcoat and my top coat was scuffing with anything I touched. I asked them if I could get a new color today and that I was sorry but this matte did not work for me. They said it was fine and we could do a color change.. After getting there the lady told me never to get shellac again and get regular polish because it is less difficult to remove.. I asked her please to just soak them off. She said no and began scuffing my nails AND skin with a coarse buffer and then used a drill to remove the rest, nicking my skin a few times.. she left excess nail polish on (I asked just for clear) I asked her to please remove the rest and she said no and I then told her I would be done..
