Elegant Nails

Terrible !!! I also didn’t want my toe nails filed because I had regular polish to take off, he filed down anyways . Asked for pedicure and nail tech chopped my toenail up and got an attitude when I asked about toe nail looked like that . So all nail techs came and looked at my toe and tried to fix it. The lady told me they can’t clip ingrown nails . They cut my cuticle too deep

Giving three stars because my nails are beautiful and I was in and out in a timely fashion however there was definite lack of communication, price was not discussed until my nails had already been started so at that rate I felt locked in and the price changed again somehow at the end so I finished up and paid the $99 again my nails are gorgeous but I had only intended on paying at most $70 most other nail salons start at $35-$45 What number do I call because I just called and got another lack of communication The employee kept asking me if I was trying to get my nails done and I said that the owner had said to give a call and she said no why call the owner and I said because you said to call so… I don’t know what number to call Still haven’t been able to contact the owner also it’s been on

I got a pedicure and manicure both with shellac, my total was $93.60. One, the prices are ridiculous for the type of services rendered. Two, there are other places in Lafayette that will provide a better experience and better quality at the same price or less.
