Elegant Nails

I had left another salon where the lady botched my nails. I had dip with a basic design (black base with silver vines) and it was lumpy, uneven, and overall sloppy. I came to Elegant Nails about in tears and they were able to fit me in and fix them. I can’t even describe how grateful and impressed I am. Kris has an excellent attention to detail and did an amazing job. I should’ve come here first and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Kathy is hands down the best pedicurist on the East Coast- maybe even the planet Earth!?! (but don't tell her ;-)) She is incredibly talented, attentive, and precise, and on top of that, she's a wonderful person with a big heart and an amazing sense of humor. Her husband, Andy, is also outstanding - I've seen his work on manicures and was truly impressed. The new owners, a lovely young couple, run the salon beautifully and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere. I highly recommend Elegant Nails in Durham. Wishing the entire team great success!

Hands down this is the best salon in town! All of the nail technicians do a phenomenal job! My favorite go-to-technicians are Emily and Chris, but I trust all of them would do a great job! I look forward to many more years of being your customer. Thanks and God bless!

Went here once to try a new place since I moved. The service is priced on the cheaper end. I found the salon very unhygienic and majority of the staff was extremely sick; they were coughing a lot. My nail technician basically coughed on my face the whole time. Tools were not clean and my nail technician was sick and he used his bare fingernails to scrap off my cuticles and push them back. I found that to be very unsanitary. I got my gel manicure done a week ago and I am already noticing the gel lifting off. I have never had this happen before. I will not be coming back :(

I only work with Emily and she’s fantastic. I’m someone who gets nail designs and I just show her a picture and she makes it happen. I get so many compliments on my nails ALL the time. It’s also super easy to make an appointment and I never have concerns about the service. I’d definitely recommend, ask for Emily!
