Elegant Nails

I have debated on sharing a review or not, but do not go here. I have tried multiple times with them and everytime I go I get a different person. They didn’t do it how I wanted them to. They’re bulky. The acetone and dip that soaked off won’t come off my skin. They’re too long. Not the shape I wanted. I kept trying to tell him that they weren’t what I wanted and asked him to fix them. He refused. He said “ma’am why you being picky? They look fine.” So I paid and left. Won’t be back.

This is our favorite nail salon! No reservations but you checkin upon arrival and we rarely have a wait. The staff are very friendly and their English is pretty decent. Have been to higher end salons in cities for similar services and ended up with chipped or slipped polish within a few days. But here, the polish lasts until I decide it's time to go back for a new coat. Whatever brands they are using is high quality and their application techniques are spot on.

I got my nails done almost a week ago and paid 60$ for pink and white ombre acrylic. The lady burned one of my nails with the drill during the process and one of my thumb nails was much shorter than the other. However I tried to blow it off. One of my nails started hurting and my acrylic nail ended up popping off. That's when I noticed there was a bigger problem. I had a fungus/bacterial infection under my acrylic on my real nail!! I immediately popped the rest of my nails off to find it trying to form of 4 others. I went in to the salon today to try and speak to them about it and they told me it wasn't their fault and tried to say it was just my body. I've never had anything like this form on my nails and I've been getting acrylics for years. And for them to not even take accountability

i'm really disappointed . not even 3 days after i got a gel mani the edges are already peeling up, one of my nails chipped on the edge (i'm not rough with my hands ). just got them done this past saturday. and i'm pretty sure gel manis shouldn't start wearing away that quickly 🫠

I've been here a few times but today was the best experience I've ever had at elegant nails. I highly recommend Brandon. I got acrylics. It was painless and he actually cared about the evenness and shape of it all which I appreciated. Also he was very nice :) 10 out of 10 thank you Brandon!
