Went in for a pedicure and full set and was not happy with either. Asked for an oval shape, with a picture, and was given an almond shape. The tech didn’t seem to be interested in listening to what I wanted or interested in making sure I was happy. The whole process was rushed. Went there on the recommendation of a friend and ended up going to my regular place so that they could fix what was probably the worst nail service I have received.

Went here to give it a try…. NEVER again the lady that did my nails literally flew through them took her maybe 15 minutes! Within 2 days the gel polish started coming right off. I am so bummed they look terrible 😞

3 of us went, spent $140.00. When we got home 1 persons acrylics started coming off, 1 person gel polish was peeling off. Mine lasted a while but when my gel started coming off it took all my natural nail with it. There was 2 women and a lot of walk ins (we booked ahead) because of staffing we had to wait well over our arrival time. We understood though. They didn't put the love into it. They were more concerned about rushing and getting people out the door. I never get my nails done and this was supposed to be a treat for us girls. We are easy to please and are also fair. This place was so disappointing. We spent so much money. If it was the last place in all of New England we wouldn't go back.

They charged $150 for 2 pedicures and REFUSED to take off my daughter’s nails and replace them because it was “too much work” and she should “be happy with a fill in”. They ONLY TAKE CASH and their work is less than mediocre. Don’t waste your money here.
