Elegant nails and Spa

I found this place when I visited over Christmas. AM did an amazing design on my nails that constantly got attention and compliments. I know I am not the only one that has gotten up not completely satisfied with their nails., but not with AM. She did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. She checked throughout the process to make sure I liked them. I will keep coming back. She takes care of me and is such a warm and funny person and her co-workers are great. I love the customer service and the quality! Have recommended them and brought family with me. You won''t go wrong coming here. The points and discounts for repeat business in this economy go a long way. They stay busy so make an appt.

I've been going here for a few years now and absolutely love it. Mai is my usual person and she is super talented and amazing! She's patient, does good work, and always willing to try new things! Will continue to go even while I'm no longer in the area. Also please don't judge, I'm no good with photos.

This is amazing place I have to say best I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to a lot I go to V and she always takes amazing care of me I wish I had more pictures of the amazing designs she done for me but she always get the job done definitely suggest going to her for nails

Absolutely disappointed. I came in to get my nails done and they were completely messed up. When I pointed it out, they said they didn’t have time to fix them because they were closing in an hour. I came back the next day to get them fixed, and instead of making it right, they asked me to come back yet another day. On top of that, they mentioned the person who originally did my nails wasn’t there — which honestly, why would I want the same person who messed them up to redo them? Then on top of that, they had the audacity to charge $100 for this catastrophe! So here I am, stuck with chipped nails and wasted time. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone expecting professionalism or basic customer service.

I went here needing a pedicure and an acrylic refill after moving from Orlando and needing a new salon. I called to make an appt. They were able to get me in next day at the time they opened (which I loved). The morning of I found out I had to bring my 3 week old due to not having someone able to keep him like was planned the day prior. The staff were so nice and helpful. The pedicure was great and they took their time making sure it was perfect and even took my ingrowns completely out. The massage in the pedicure was amazing. Near the end of my acrylic gel fill my new born was starting to get fussy. They helped me feed him and even held and burped him for me. I apologized and they were understanding and made me feel better about the situation. The experience as a whole was absolutely amaz
