Elegant Nails 2

I’ve been going here since it was taken over by the new owners. My first experience was great, but every time after that, the prices are always different and in my opinion are way too high for what I am getting. I went the other night for a fill in (color only-no designs) and a regular pedicure with no polish, to be charged $100 and I’ve never paid that much when I went in the past. I was told by the technician that they charge an extra $5 to cut your nails which makes no sense to me as that should be included in the overall price of a manicure, and on top of it, I was never charged extra for cutting of nails before at this salon. Also, one of my nails chipped within 2 days which was extremely upsetting considering the amount of money I had just paid. I never usually have an issue paying

I came in for a spa/gel pedicure and gel manicure. The team was kind, accommodating, professional and good. My spa pedicure (green tea) was beyond my expectations. They took their time, gave a meaningful massage and my feet look/feel great. My gel manicure experience was just as great, and I am so happy with the finished product. The whole time I was in everyone was working hard, kind and finishing with great work. All the night before Thanksgiving. This will be an easy return visit! Thank you!

When I went here six weeks ago it was really nice and my nails were very pretty. Today was absolutely horrible and a disappointment. In the attached pictures you can see the nails that I had after my last visit (orange with gold foil design). Today is the blue. There seems to be management changes or something. Language challenges in the staff. Many staff members seem to be leaving this salon. It didn't seem as busy as last time I visited. Today, I asked for the same design they successfully did six weeks ago but in blue. I received nothing I asked for, my nails were over-filed on top and now would be too brittle to start over. The nails, if you look closely, look wrinkled. I'm not even sure how that happens.

I’m so happy that this nail salon is in our area! They perfectly matched the style I wanted, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The whole experience was so pleasant, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just got my nails done and I love them. Got them done by Eli. The Salon is under new management and the new owners are super nice. They have just bought the place over a month now and it looks so much better. There spa pedicure is my absolute favorite. I recommend the lavender one💗
