Elegant Nail Spa

This is my go-to nail place. I dont get anything particularly complicated but I love how it turns out. I have never had to wait before getting my nails done. I especially recommend Cindy. She takes her time, asks questions about your preferences, and works hard at making sure your nails look great!

I used to come to this place all the time they were truly the best. I stopped getting my nails for a bit and it’s like they went downhill and fast! I went twice to give them the benefit of the doubt both times were AWFUL! My daughter and I both got pedicures… awful! Worst one I’ve ever had and we got tips and nails done! Awful! I could have done a much better job myself at home and saved $215!!! We won’t be going back! It’s just terrible now! Seems like they lost all their good people too! Hardly any employees were there both times

We called ahead and then while there the whole process was rushed. I showed him what I wanted and asked if that was something he could do, if not I have a different simple color I wanted, he said he could do it. He didn't prep my nails all all. The shape was close to what I wanted and I appreciate him not making the acrylic thick, but he argued with me about the color and said gold wouldn't look good and did this 🤦‍♀️ he was very obviously sick and just wanted to get us out quickly. The only reason I didnt give 1 star is because the woman that did my sisters nails did a good job. If you go here I recommend keeping it simple.

Friday evening I was taken for a pedicure. Myself and my friend were the only ones there. A woman came after we were almost done for her nails to be done. So they were not busy. Everything was ok until he painted my nails it looked like a little kid had painted them. My friend pointed it out to the man doing her toes that it needed fixed. He just grabbed the polish and painted over the smears. Still not fixing it. We sat there forever and when my shoe went on it lifted the polish clear off. My friend said lets go back and have them redo it by that time I was over it. I have had pedicures and nails done there before but not again. It is ridiculous. So I went home and fixed them and repainted them.

Under remodel but already love the direction it is going in. Had manicure and pedicure done by two different people and both were fantastic. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks!
