Elegant Nail Hair & Tanning

I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience with Elegant Nail Hair & Tanning. A friend who I accompanied to get her nails done, only to end up being overcharged for the service. On top of that, the wrong nail color was applied, which should never happen at a professional salon. Especially at that price point. Despite already paying $80 for the service, the staff then pressured her to leave a higher tip, which felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. Between the pricing, lack of attention to detail, and the pushy behavior at checkout, the entire experience felt unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest pricing or respectful service. Their ways of practicing business and service is downright disgusting!

Manicures and Pedicures may be top of mind, but several other services are offered at this salon, including hair cuts, tanning, waxing, skincare, and some others I've not yet explored.. I go to her son's massage shop a few doors down (Endulge Massage also 5☆) when I'm taking some "me time". I've been a client of Linda and her business nearly 12 years now. Came in for a color change from a gel mani I had at another shop. Just didn’t like the color and was in area. Told the lady (owner) not to file and she proceeded to while saying they wouldn’t be too short. I got them done 4 days prior. They needed no filing and were shaped. Just change of color. She turned my nails into really ugly squares that don’t match. I swear she did this on purpose just because I’m not a regular of hers. She is very pushy. Will not be back.

My favorite nail place in Sacramento, but don’t forget that they do EVERYTHING. Everyone is super friendly, it’s very clean, and I can only speak for gel manis but my nails have consistently lasted over 3 weeks each, that picture is probably a week or so after my last visit. I love it here!

I do not recommend, and will never go again. Look at the pictures, check each nail see how the shape of each nail is different.
