Elegant Hair Spa Salon

This was my second time going to see Moon for a haircut. She’s always so attentive, listens to what I want and points me in a direction for my needs. Today I went in wanting something low maintenance. My ideas were a lob or angled cut. She pointed me in the direction of the long bob and I’m not at all disappointed. My hair feels so much healthier and lighter. I will recommend her to everyone and I’ll be back again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Moon! She’s so friendly, attentive, and really made sure I was happy with my hair before I left the salon. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. She took the time to give me exactly what I wanted, but it ended up better than I could have asked for. Her prices are super fair, and she also has amazing hair care products available to help keep your hair healthy and make colored hair last longer. I’m so glad I found her — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!

Moon is her name she gave the best hairdo I’ve ever done and I’ve been in Jacksonville for seven years completely transformed my hair into the picture. I showed her exactly. Thank you, Moon. she received a hefty tip.

This is my first time going to this place. It was a last minute decision cause my daughter forgot to schedule me an appt with the lady that I usually go with. I was nervous at first, and telling moon that I'm scared to try a different person to touch my hair and I always end up crying after. But I'm shocked after she finished with my hair, it was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you moon for taking care of my hair. You're a life saver. I'll Def come back.

>$300 for RUINED hair: DESTROYED MY VOLUME, CURLS, and FRIED IT! Asked for refund and was PUBLICLY MOCKED for my negative review after she refused the refund. UPDATE 1: One month later I’m getting my hair color fixed. Elegant Hair Spa over processed the blond areas so my hairdresser is having to carefully avoid the over processed chunks. I’ll have to do some hair repair treatments, too (like K18, which I’ve already used a few times since this color job). Please note: I asked for natural high lights and a trim, NOT chunks of mismatched blond, dark roots, and a terrible hair cut. To fix the hair cut, I’ll have to get more length taken off now (to help blend into the super short, over-layered upper layers), and then more blending of layers in 4-6 months.
