Elegant Essentials Beauty Supply

I’m out of state and I made an online order during their Black Friday sale. I am not computer savvy & needed some help, I love Sherene customer service and how easy she made it for me to order what I wanted. She was able to add an item so I could order it and if they don’t have an item that i use I send them a picture or name and they will get it, if it’s available to them. I also love that they have free shipping if you buy a certain amount. I’ve enjoyed my in store & online experiences.

At 5:46 I went into Elegant Essentials beauty supply. The to women (Jada and Rachel) that work their are so so lovely and nice they were absolutely wonderful they help me pick out piercings for my niece cuz I knew nothing about them. I'll always come back to that store because they are just so friendly and nice and I'm telling everyone about the store. Thank you so much it was a very nice experience.

The store has phenomenal service and such a vast array of products. I was very impressed, not only by the store but by Neekah she has such a magnitude of knowledge on products and hair care 10/10. I've visited many beauty supply stores but continuously choose this one, not only for the convenience and service but also product availability.

Jada the employee is so great with helping me pick out the hair I wanted. She was so helpful and attentive to my needs. She gets a 10/10. Great customer service and I recommend coming here to shop. Also Sheree that works there too is also great.

This store is the best. They have a big variety of things and Chris, Jada and Chrislaine are the best! They went above and beyond to help me out with everything I needed and it has been like this every time I come to the store. Awesome crew, awesome ppl, great stuff. Love it.
