Symone was amazing!!! She took so much time with me and was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. While she was assisting me in the wig dept., customers would interrupt and ask for locations of products in the store and like clockwork she pointed them in the direction of its location and was also able to answer any questions they threw at her. She is the reason I will definitely return to the store as a customer. I must also mention Angie who was very helpful as well. They are both keepers and the store is very lucky to have them. 🥰

Bought an anklet soon as I left the store it broke. Went back a week later and they would not exchange or do anything so I had to toss it in the trash! Don’t buy any jewelry here it will break immediately. And if you lose your tiny receipt no excuse for you! Clearly zero customer service. Going elsewhere for hair supplies.

Symone was amazing!! It was my first time getting a wig in person and she was so informative, kind, helpful. I could not of had a better experience. She took her time in helping me and did not make me feel rushed. What an amazing person and experience. The prices were also SO so good. This place is huge so I need to come back and keep looking. I went to Beauty looking for beads for my daughter's her, o my they had an abundance of beads. I have been there before but usually I'm in and out... Prices are good especially with the discount card I was able to find hair products for the whole family and an assortment of hair beads for baby girls. The service is friendly and no one is following you all around the store.

Just left there. My first time visiting this store. EMILYYYYY is dope! Helped me pick out what I needed and even charged my phone for me when it died! The store has everything you could possibly be looking for. Will visit her again 😊
