Just had the BEST experience here AFTER leaving The Beauty. Depot on Fowler! Everyone here ;especially Christy) were kind and friendly and didn’t treat me like I was a “bother” to deal with. I’m traveling overseas for a few months and needed hair to take with me. I’m glad o spent my hard earned money there set of the other place! As a small business owner to other businesses, it’s important to appreciate people who are spending their money. We have choices. I definitely made the right one today! No regrets walking away from The Beauty Depot! ✌🏼

Just left this store about 30 minutes ago and had one of the most disheartening experiences. I came in with my husband who needed a brush and a hair pick. I politely asked the lady where the brushes were, and she wouldn’t even look at me—just mumbled, “aisle 2.” A few minutes later, my husband got in line to purchase his items. When he got to the register, he greeted the cashier Christy(female with braids, glasses, and thin eyebrows) with a cheerful, “Hey, how are you doing today?” She said nothing. Not a word. I stood off to the side and watched this woman—someone who is supposed to be a professional—be openly rude. And let me add: she was very friendly and engaging with the customer before us. She clearly chose to be rude to us, and I sat there in disbelief. I was very close to saying so

Went into your store to purchase some grey human hair number 52 and none in stock. Looking at women in general we are loving our grey hair look. Please make sure it is well stock with straight and body wave human grey hair so others can patronize your business. Thanking you in advance.

Staff is always friendly and helpful when I do go into the establishment here on 30th street. I stirred awoke because the attitudes but new staff makes it worth while to come again

Just got my first lacefront wig installed today here! She did absolutely amazing and I love the results! Will be coming back
