Liz Paredes made the visit to the store. She provided the best customer service. I just arrived from out of town and needed a product from this store. From the time my family arrived we were greeted with friendly greeting from the guard in front. Then, Liz took over and had great patience. I visited the store at 6840 Miramar Parkway 33023 Feb 25, 2026. The customer service was awesome from the time I visited the store until I left. I had my hair done by Mavrine and then Houda and Liz assisted me in detail and it took some time to help me find a wig actually, I bought two wigs. I bought stockings and I also as I said, had my hair done by Mavrine in the salon. Even the gentleman in the front helped me get my wheelchair out of my car and he assisted me in the store with some stuff as well. Everyone was very, very accommodating very cordial very nice and very good at their job. It’s my pleasure to rate this visit Sorry it took so long. Today I visited my favorite beauty store, “Elegant Beauty Supplies” where a young lady offered to help me with a pleasant smile in finding my products. She enlightened me on some of their sale prices and best hygiene products. She was very patient with me and even asked if I would prefer using my points to lighten my pocket at the cash register.
