Elegant Beauty Supplies Super Center

I have been shopping at this store over 8 yrs a VIP member. I never in my life have experience the treatment I did today. I carry the same purse all the time. The owner & the staff that have been working there for a very long time. Never made me feel like a thief. The spanish young girl that’s there now made me feel horrible. The look she gave me when I walked in was unbelievable. I felt discriminated as a black woman. On top of that she has the never to tell me I need to place my purse in a locker. Why would I put my purse in a locker???? It’s nothing in elegant beauty that I can’t afford. I will never risk my medical degree to steal anything. You have lost a loyal customer.

This is my favorite exchange beauty and it's so close to my house but everytime I go I get this manager/assiocate. I truly don't know if he has stuff going on at home but he needs to leave it there. 2 weeks ago he scanned my stuff and I wanted to take two pencils out because they were 3 dollars each ( the store has no prices) and when I asked him nicely to take them out please he threw the bag on the table and told me to take them out myself. I finally went back yesterday and he literally still acts like he's had the worst day ever. if you want good customer service go to the one on mcnab because he will ruin your experience. Everyone else is great and very attentive.

a wonderful place you find everything for your hair ,for your nails ,if you have a hairdresser you can find everything and very good prices 👏🏻👌is an excellent place to motivate you in your care of your hair 😄the place has excellent service 👌all very organized 👌very clean and easily find the things are not going to regret coming here Super recommended good Champoo for four hair! And has extensions to! I love this place👏🏻

Dhymanni I Visited the store recently and was greeted by Dhymanni. She had a beautiful welcoming smile and I felt comfortable asking for her assistance. I wasn’t sure of a product I was looking for. She kindly assisted me by looking for the items as well as introduced me to similar items that were available. She was professional and very polite. I look forward to returning to the store. I will tell family and friends of the store, the many products available and the willingness of Dhymanni to offer her assistance!

Bad customer service and poor representation of price display!!! You enter into chaos all over the store, there are no real price points anywhere only random prices displayed. As a customer, you expect to pay the price that you see on display only to get to register for them tell you “oh no it’s double that price “and instead accommodating their loyal customers for an error on their part !! Only for them to then turn it in you to make you feel so little and humiliated in front of me the other customer! AVOID THIS LOCATION BY ALL MEANS!!! There are so many other elegant that have a great customer service, amazing service women that will tend to black women without judging you and making you feel like nothing!!! Or just go across the street to the competitors They have better prices anyway
