The Manager Mohammed is an absolute disgrace. I was asked to put my purse in a locker - this purse I bring ALL the time in the store and have never been asked to put it in a locker. (My bag is not a backpack - it’s a purse). If this is company policy - how is it that in my years of coming, I have never been informed that my “same purse” is not allowed in the store. Mohammed should be removed from the shop immediately - even if this “purse/ bags in lockers” is protocol - it could have been done in a professional way and explained courteously. It definitely came across as a stereotypical black person targeted and I don’t respect the way he addressed me.

Visit the store and have the pleasure to meet a beautiful cashier named Maya Knight. Best experience ever definitely recommend.

If there's was an option to give zero star I would. That Haitian lady thinks she own the store, last time I was there looking for a hair, she was very rude and disrespectful. She gave me a wrong hair. Today I was there again 15 minutes before Closing time, I get a relaxer from the shelf price was $5.99 vip $5.49 and went to check out, it rings for $11.49 I told the girl to go see by herself, when she saw that she removed the price tag and told me maybe corporate changed the price, I told her I have to pay the price I saw, but that older bleaching skin Haitian came and acting up, I told since you are a supervisor can you change to price to what's on the shelf, she told either I leave and come back tomorrow because the owner of the store will be there in the morning, I was making a big de

I would give 10 stars 🌟 to Maya if I could because of her excellent service in assisting me. She was very patient, helpful, and engaging.

This location is nice! They carry all the major go to brands for home care with a touch of fashion items to go along for the full look! I took my cosmetology students to this location to understand the products in relation to the book and to sign up for VIP membership because the saving are amazing!
