I chose this salon because the majority of the reviews were good. I texted ahead to ask about pricing and was told the cost. I responded saying I would do a walk-in on Sunday but never received a reply. I assumed they were just busy and that Sunday wouldn't be an issue. The day of, I called around 11 am and she asked if I could come right away. I told her I could be there by 1 pm and resent the picture she requested (still never mentioned they were busy) Around 12:30pm, I was on my way. she called back saying they had clients who booked appointments and asked if I could come at 5pm instead (already on my way). That was frustrating and felt unprofessional. If they were fully booked that should have been communicated earlier in the week or when I called and she told me to send the pictures

great service , walk in are accepted very fast and they will let you know if they are other appointments , sisters are amazing and communicate so well , THANK YOU

This will be my 3rd time coming here and it won’t be my last. The service is great, the work is amazing and quick.

I’ve been getting my Knotless braids by these beautiful Queens for the past 2 years. However this latest hairstyle (Bohemian braids) is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE 😌 I love it!!! I always leave their salon feeling gorgeous & satisfied. Their customer Service is amazing , and they know how to make you feel welcomed.
