Elegance Nails

I recently visited Elegant nails to get my nails done, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. During my appointment, the technician cut my finger while working on my nails. Accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the lack of professionalism afterward, I did not receive an apology or any real concern from the staff or owner. When I politely mentioned it at checkout, the response felt dismissive, and I was only given a small $5 discount without acknowledgment of what happened. Considering the higher prices they charge, I expected better customer care and higher-quality service. I’m sharing this review because customer service and safety matter. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I came in for a gel full set of tips with gel builder and polish, along with a classic pedicure. From the start, I noticed the technician’s station wasn’t very clean and the Barbicide was black—definitely not what you want to see in a place that should prioritize hygiene. The technician, Jess, didn’t do a good job on my nails at all. They were uneven and literally caving in. I spoke up multiple times during the process, expressing my concerns, but she kept brushing me off saying they would look fine once finished. Spoiler: they didn’t. I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The owner herself did my nails, and it was honestly one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. She rushed through the entire thing in 15 minutes, barely massaged my hands, and they don’t even do cuticle cuts. When she finished, there was polish all over my skin and the nails looked like something my two-year-old daughter could’ve done. When I politely asked her to fix it, she gave me pure attitude. For someone who owns the place, she was unbelievably unprofessional. I paid $40 for a job that was absolutely not worth it. I truly don’t understand how this place has good reviews. Another nail tech (a man who works there) had to fix my nails, and he did a much better job than the owner, which says a lot. I would never return here. I do not recom

I don't usually write Google reviews but I had the best experience at Elegance nails, I had to! Ask for Allison, she does a fantastic job & has the most wonderful personality!! I went there tired from the work week & left there feeling like a million bucks!

Kim is the best nail tech in the salon hands down! I was in and out in 25 minutes. Very precise and got the nail shape down flawlessly! Highly recommend you u need a fast fill
