this lady ruined my hair and on top of all that it cost me $100 it so embarrassing to go out i look at my hair sometimes and really feel like crying. i can’t believe she couldn’t have just told me she wasn’t able to do the style i wanted. everyone around me tells me all the time that i got ripped off, i forgot to add i can only wear my hair up now and i don’t know how long it will take for my hair to grow out.

i asked cristina that iwanted my hair brown with thin highlights and she instead gave me highlights with toner. i was not satisfied because she did not color my hair as i asked. i feel she ripped me off and icalled her to fix it and said she can only add toner and that i would have to pay to get it colored.

Absolutely beautiful color and cut 🧡 Estella did amazing and she was even able to see me the next day without any problems! She was very knowledgeable on the products and just overall had a wonderful vibe.

If you are new customer here I wouldn't recommend going to this place. Cristina doesn't care for new customers. She doesn't respect their time and cancels appointments as soon as you walk in. Doesn't even bother to call or text to let you know she has canceled your appointment.

Cristi is amazing.... I've done my hair with various different salons before and I've gotten a good service but honestly I love Cristis work. She does a great job. Attention to detail. As I said she is amazing 😍😍
