Usually love going to see Joselito, who is excellent at listening and doing what you ask... So for him 5 stars!!! Every once in a while I go in as a walk-in because I travel for a living. So when I need a cut, I need a cut. Brought my son in and we went, as walk-ins. My son's barber did a good job and we were happy. My guy, 1st time, cut my hair really a lot shorter than what I had asked. Now mind you, I speak Spanish so it wasn't a language barrier. He then went on to even the top and I had to double ask that he wasn't gonna cut the top shorter because it looked like he was gonna do exactly that. Although he was very pleasant and welcoming, the haircut just wasn't what I wanted, but we all have a bad day. Then I asked how much I owed him, he said $40!!! Yikes .... I really like going her

Outstanding barbershop experience! Went in for a haircut and beard trim and clean-up. Big city sophistication, but with a proud local feel. Feel fortunate to have a place of this caliber in Palmer/Easton. Very clean, great team, comfortable waiting and service areas- it's not a sleepy spot; has a lot of energy, music, and TVs. Excellent attention to detail; they take their time and get it right. For those into the details, it was full service scissors, clippers, and razor. I saw others also have the classic hot towel on face treatment (would like to try that next time). Chairs recline properly for the work. I am in 40s, so more of a plain crop cut; but saw lots of top-notch precision work happening with fades and lines. Beard was best trim I have ever had for me. Lola was awesome! This is

First time visiting this barber shop (6/15) after always going to the “chain” places. This was hands down the best hair cut I’ve ever had. They don’t rush you out the door like the other places. They care. Appointment I booked was on time and Joselito knocked it out of the park. I'll definitely be back as this is my new go-to place for a cut.

Had an appointment for 10am. Told me barber is late and will be in at 11. Came back and still wasn’t there. Then told me he will be in at 12. Showed up at 12 and then he canceled my appointment. Wasted my time, so they just lost a returning customer for good. This was not the first time this has been done to me before. 👎
