I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. Katrina is amazing with her hospitality and always makes the experience feel so welcoming and relaxing. My nail tech is Tamera and honestly her work has genuinely made me love getting my nails done again and again because not only do they look amazing, they feel so healthy and last so long. It’s truly a top-tier experience would highly recommend, you would not be disappointed!

I have been going to elegance by Katrina for a little over a year. I get my nail services done by Tamara. She produces fabulous work and each set i get I am more and more impressed. They have wonderful customer service and many dedicated nail techs!! My nails have never been this healthy, this salon is truly amazing🫶🏾🫶🏾 I attached my most favorite sets done by Tamara!!

I came here after dealing with an unreliable nail tech and uneven shapes (some almond, some round). Lullia was amazing, she was early, professional, and already waiting for me. She immediately noticed the shape issues, asked questions about what I liked, and checked in throughout the appointment. She worked quickly but with great attention to detail, and my nails came out perfect. They even brought me coffee! I left feeling really taken care of and will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here for over six months now for my manicures, and I couldn't be happier! Tamara is truly the best nail technician — she’s incredibly precise, attentive to detail, and clearly passionate about her work. Every time, she creates the most beautiful manicure for me, and my nails stay perfect for up to four weeks! A special thanks to the lovely girls at the reception — they always make me feel welcome and take great care of the clients. Plus, the coffee they serve is absolutely delicious! I went for a mani/pedi. During both, after filing the nails none of the filed nail was wiped away from my nails and she proceeded to paint my nails with filed specks sitting on the nail bed and along the edges/cuticles.. I asked for a regular manicure with light regular nail polish. At the end she only let my nails dry for 5 min max before pressing her fingers down on the paint to see if it was dry. She did this multiple times and smudged all of the paint around and left prints on every nail. When I brought this to her attention he just put my nails back under the dryer for a few more minutes. I eventually requested to change the polish to a clear coat. She barely removed the old nail polish and didn’t do a full coat, didn’t even cover my entire nail. They offered to re do the nails. I
