Elegance barbershop and unisex 2

Owner or not. These people came god knows from where. I parked right in front of the shop and a beaver came out screaming and intimidating me about a parking spot. People here are ridiculously absurd. I don’t mean to offend but I hope owner sees this and thinks about who he hires. Hire barbers not thugs. Very unprofessional and unpleasant

I want the owner to see this. I come here every month and normally spend around 35/40 before tips per what I do (usually a simple fade + beard trim, I don’t cut the hair much). Today I paid 55 for the same haircut because of so called holiday prices and without any additional service or treatment, so I feel very cheated and wanted to express that. There is a loss of trust because of this. There wasn’t traffic in the shop, or anything that could really justify the price hike. Owner, that was a bad decision and you’re essentially loosing a client who would have pad $500 (40*12= ~500) that was guaranteed simply because you decided to charge me extra with no extra service or special treatment for the haircut. This was my experience today and because of it I’m not sure i will be coming back. I

The experience with Geronimo as my barber has been amazing. I definitely love this barbershop. The ambience, professionalism and quality.
