Wow, Louis Giorgi the owner or the manager of the building is very unprofessional. We had a lease in place and backed out on move in day. At the showing a few days before the whole building smelled like smoke and was filled with roaches. He also forced me to make a deal with him in person and stated “I am a man of my word if I tell you a deal it’s a deal” I guess his own words have no meaning to him. I am a young 22 year hard working business man. On move in day he told me he thought I was to young to rent the office out. STAY AWAY FROM LOUIS GIORGI IN THE BUSINESS WORLD! I am now glad he has backed out, I would not be able to deal with the smoke smell and all the roaches throughout the building!
Plenty of parking space and quiet.
This place has an outstanding tax place
