The front office staff was very accommodating, professional, and polite. However, the surgeon was quite the opposite. When discussing a treatment plan with the surgeon he became short-tempered, demeaning and rude to my husband who was in terrible pain from an abcess. The surgeon said my husband would not feel relief until a week later. This piece of information was incredibly discouraging. The woman that was assisting was quite nice and seemed well- equipped to handle the drainage of the absess and the tooth extraction. I took her aside to avail her of my husband’s severe mental health condition and of his dental anxiety. Regardless of her promise of conveying such information to the surgeon his poor bedside manner persisted. During the beginning of the procedure my husband wailed in

I would never go to any other Oral Surgeon than Dr. Steinle. I actually look forward to my visits with him as he is a perfect combination of charming and funny. He also does an incredible job and seeks to make a very reluctant patient comfortable and pain free. I only wish he did General Dentistry so I could use his service exclusively. Just a wish!
