Jess has done my hair for the last 2-3 years and I couldn't be more satisfied when I leave! She does an amazing job every single time. I love that she explains hair styles and colors and how the pros and cons before she does it. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I recommend this salon to everyone!

Elaura is a clean, beautiful, and very friendly staffed salon in the Village of Canisteo! The ladies there are great! Jess, the owner is so sweet and professional. Brea does amazing work on my very natural curly thick hair and I am beyond thankful for it!!!

Called for appt, had to leave a message, didn't hear nothing back for 2 days so finally stopped in, 1 person there doing a facial, asked for an appt, told ladies who cut were not there that day but are usually there Wed & Thurs, sometimes, but that can change "I never know when they are coming in". Now I know why there are hardly any cars there. Nor a good way to run a business

I can't say enough about Stacey. I just tell her to do what she thinks best. I trust her totally. She is a great stylist. She has done my hair every since she got in the business.
